Description
Is your dog left out of every Christmas photo? Not this year. The Ride It Santa costume puts a plush Santa in the saddle on your dog's back, so your pup joins the party instead of watching it from the floor.
It's built like a light saddle, not a full suit: a soft cotton body with a Santa rider stitched on top, held in place by adjustable hook-and-loop straps around the chest. No sleeves, no hoods pulled over ears, nothing to fight with. Slip it on, fasten, and go.
- Plush Santa rider with hat, beard and red coat
- Soft cotton body, light enough for long walks
- Adjustable straps for a snug, comfortable fit
- 5 sizes, from small pups to big dogs
- Perfect for walks, family photos, parties and gift exchanges
Size guide
Measure your dog's back (base of the neck to the base of the tail) and chest (the widest part, right behind the front legs). The chest strap is adjustable within the range below.
- S: back 10 in (26 cm), chest 14–19 in (36–48 cm)
- M: back 12.5 in (32 cm), chest 18.5–23.5 in (47–60 cm)
- L: back 16 in (41 cm), chest 22–27 in (56–68 cm)
- XL: back 19.5 in (49 cm), chest 25–31.5 in (64–80 cm)
- 2XL: back 23 in (59 cm), chest 30–37 in (76–94 cm)
Between two sizes? Size up. A slightly loose fit is more comfortable than a tight one, and the straps take up the slack. Allow 0.5–1 in (1–3 cm) for hand measurement.

Why you'll love it
Every walk becomes a show
-
Instant smiles
Santa bouncing along on your dog's back stops strangers mid-walk. Expect photo requests.
-
Comfort first
Soft cotton, no sleeves and nothing over the head. Most dogs forget they're wearing it.
-
On in 10 seconds
Lay it on the back, wrap the chest straps, press to close. No wrestling, no buttons.
-
Photo-ready
Family photos, holiday cards, office parties and gift exchanges: your dog finally has an outfit.
Easy to put on
On in seconds. Ready for Christmas.
-
1
Lay it on
Place the costume on your dog's back with Santa facing forward, like a little saddle.
-
2
Fasten the straps
Wrap the hook-and-loop straps under the chest and press them closed. Snug, not tight.
-
3
Go steal the show
Head out for a walk, the family photo or the party, and watch everyone light up.

Before you order
Questions, answered
What's included?
One costume with the plush Santa rider already attached, plus adjustable hook-and-loop chest straps. Pick your size from S to 2XL.
Will my dog actually keep it on?
That's the point of the saddle design. There are no sleeves to step out of and nothing over the head or ears, so there's little to shake off. It sits on the back like a light harness and most dogs ignore it after a minute.
How do I put it on?
Lay it on your dog's back with Santa facing forward, wrap the straps under the chest and press the hook-and-loop closed. Snug enough that it doesn't slide, loose enough to fit two fingers underneath.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the back (neck to tail) and the chest (behind the front legs) and compare with the size guide above. If your dog is between two sizes, pick the bigger one: the straps adjust.
Does it work for cats?
Yes, for cats who tolerate clothes: the S and M sizes fit most cats. Cats are pickier than dogs, so keep the first session short and supervised.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and most orders arrive within 7-14 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by Dec 1 for Christmas delivery. Orders placed after that date may arrive after Dec 25.
What if the size is wrong or my dog hates it?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. See our return & refund policy for details.
